Summit Companies Expands Presence in Michigan

Summit Companies, a premier fire life safety company, announced today that its member, Minnesota Conway Fire & Safety, Inc., has completed the purchase of Gale Fire Protection, Inc. near Saginaw, Michigan. This acquisition is a strategic geographic expansion of Summit’s existing fire protection, life safety and consulting business. This new Saginaw branch is a complement to the other Michigan locations, allowing Summit Companies the ability to serve customers across the state of Michigan. Summit Companies has locations in the states of Arizona, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Nevada and Texas and performs work across the United States.

“Summit’s continued expansion in Michigan is in direct alignment with the company’s goal to strategically expand its footprint to better serve customers throughout the state,” stated Summit CEO, Jeff Evrard. “The addition of Gale Fire Protection’s branch office allows Summit Companies the ability to fully serve all of Michigan.”

Gale Fire Protection has been serving the community of Saginaw and the surrounding area since 1986. The company has been a valued partner with Amerex Fire Suppression Systems and that partnership will continue with Summit Companies.
