ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – Summit Fire Protection Co., a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Firepro1, LLC, effective April 10, 2025.
Firepro1 has long been a trusted provider of fire protection systems, specializing in fire extinguishers and pre-engineered services. This acquisition enhances Summit Fire Protection’s capabilities, expanding its service offerings and strengthening its ability to meet the region’s fire protection needs. Firepro1 customers will now benefit from a comprehensive solution that includes inspection and service for all their fire protection systems.
