Summit Companies, a premier fire and life safety company, announced today that its subsidiary, Minnesota Conway Fire & Safety, Inc., has completed the purchase of Sigler Company, Inc. dba Sigler Fire Equipment Co. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Sioux City, Iowa. This acquisition is a strategic geographic expansion of Summit Companies existing fire protection, life safety and consulting business. Summit is currently located in the states of Arizona, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
As a 4th generation family owned business, Sigler Fire has been providing fire and life safety solutions for 75 years. Existing customers should expect a seamless transition as the Sigler Fire Equipment associates will continue with Summit.
