ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – Summit Fire Protection Co., a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (“Summit Companies”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Denver Fire Protection, LLC effective July 23, 2025.
Established in 2020, Denver Fire Protection is a licensed and certified fire protection provider offering comprehensive services, including design, installation, inspection, monitoring, and compliance reporting. The company primarily serves commercial and industrial clients throughout the Denver metro area and across Colorado. Their expertise spans fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, fire pumps and backflows, and pre-engineered fire suppression.
