ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – Summit Fire Protection Co., a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Gopher State Fire Equipment and Fairmont Fire Systems, effective June 1, 2023.
Since 2007, the Gopher State Fire Equipment and Fairmont Fire Systems teams have been serving Minnesota and Iowa with fire and life safety systems including pre-engineered systems and fire extinguishers. Their extensive experience and on-going training has allowed them to stay abreast of new fire safety methods and techniques, as well as utilize the latest innovations in technology being used throughout the fire protection industry.
The Gopher State team will continue serving customers and the community through inspections, testing, service, and maintenance as they join forces with the Summit Fire Protection teams in Minnesota and Iowa. Customers can expect the same excellent service, integrity, and quality work along with a broader range of expertise from the team they trust.
