Summit Companies Subsidiary Acquires Bay Line Fire Protection, Inc.
MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA – Summit Companies, a premier fire and life safety company, announced today that its subsidiary, Summit Fire Protection, has completed the purchase of Bay Line Fire Protection, Inc. This acquisition is a strategic expansion of Summit Companies’ existing fire protection, life safety and consulting businesses. Summit Companies, through its subsidiaries, operates branches in the states of Arizona, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
The acquisition of Bay Line Fire Protection aligns with Summit’s expansion strategy to provide a complete set of fire and life safety solutions to customers in the communities they are located. Since 1963, Bay Line Fire Protection has been serving customers with all aspects of fire protection.
